Duties and Responsibilities Not Limited To
• Plan, organize and manage all phases of architectural works and related technical support for the project’s design implementation, design reviews, design management.
• Review documents in various phases for design intent, material use and master plan intent.
• Conduct on-site observations and compliance checks.
• Oversee and coordinate with the implementation of design in consultation with client/designer/contractor and other Louis Berger discipline staff (Site Managers, Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Civil Engineers and Planning staff).
• Review contract documentation, submittals and drawings and provide feedback to designer and/or contractor. Provide recommendations to client.
• Manage the review of key Milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of Construction / Design

Liaise with the Design Architect for directions on project issues or clarifications. Leads the Architectural Team in ensuring accurate and timely review of project submittals and coordination with other disciplines; includes method statements, shop drawings and materials. Monitors the implementation and review results of the Contractor’s inspection and testing, and quality assurance program. Liaise with client representatives, contractors, site engineers and sub-contractors on issues related to architectural works. Attends coordination meetings with project team, client, contractors, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
Involve in the preparation, review and issuance of shop drawings and other detailed design drawings. Supervise monitors and distributes workload to members of the Design team. Conduct regular meeting and coordination with other engineering disciplines, attends progress meeting with the Design Manager, Design Team, other Engineering discipline and with the Sub-Contractors. Conduct Site Visit, Site Inspection and progress monitoring.
Responsible for the preparation, production, review and issuance of Pre-Design drawing and Detailed Design Drawing, involve in all activities of the Design Development process. Supervise monitors and distributes workload to members of the Design team. Conduct regular meeting and coordination with other engineering disciplines, attends progress meeting with the Project manager, Design Manager, Design Team and other Engineering disciplines. Overall project coordination and preparation of documents necessary for submission and approval to relevant authorities.
Responsible for the preparation, production, review and issuance of Pre-Design drawing and Detailed Design Drawing, involve in all activities of the Design Development process. In charge of setting up CAD standards such as layer, plot styles and others.
Responsible for the overall office Management, attend to all Client meeting and discussions, prepares Schematic Design studies for presentation. Involved in the supervision, preparation, production and issuance of detailed design drawings, estimates, bill of materials and specifications and all necessary documents needed for submission and approval from relevant authorities. Supervise and monitors Construction progress, quality of work, proper site documentation, schedule of material delivery and manpower schedules. Prepares progress reports and progress billing for Clients approval.
Assistant to the Senior Architect and involved in the preparation, production, review and issuance of Pre-Design drawing and Detailed Design Drawing. Involve in all activities of the Design Conceptualization and Design Development process for Design Competition. Supervise monitors and distributes workload to members of the Design team. Conduct regular meeting and coordination with other engineering disciplines. Overall project coordination and preparation of documents necessary for submission and approval to relevant authorities. Conduct Site Visit, Site Inspection and progress monitoring.
