Accenture plc is an Irish American professional services company based in Dublin, specializing in information technology services and consulting. Created ETL pipelines in ADF. Conducted performance testing and optimization activities to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of the PAAS infrastructure. Created automation using VBA and PowerShell for ad-hoc activities. Created comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting steps and knowledge base articles to support future problem solving processes and facilitate knowledge sharing.
