Responsible in the preparation of Production forecast and schedule based on Sales rough sketch.
Prepares Process Control Evaluation for all inquiries and requests by customer through commercial department.
Controls the Production parameters and coordinates the requirements with QC staff.
Compiles the productivity, mill hours and results of other parameters as a guide in the improvement.
Prepare Monthly Production Results and Analysis.

Prepare yearly end Physical Inventory of pipes, coils, plates and sub materials.
Analyze and studies the productivity, efficiency and downtime reports in order to relay such improvement to production.
Check all incoming orders for allocation of pipes from second pipes inventory and Hot Rolled Coils, Hot Rolled Steel Plates as well as the requirement for rolling testing and delivery in coordination with all concerned groups.
Prepares the necessary reports for available Hot Rolled Coil (HRC) and Hot Rolled Plates (HRP).
Prepares order sheet for Hot Rolled Coil (HRC) and Hot Rolled Plates and other sub materials based on Production forecast.
Maintains and monitor sales inquiry, order journal MOS (Manufacturing Order Sheet)and other records and files within the group.
Prepares technical studies and reports pertaining to process operations.
Monitors day to day activities as well as responsible for smooth, accurate and timely activities in production section and cutting section.
Responsible for maximizing productivity.
Comply with SOP implemented in the factory.
Maintain on-time delivery of materials from supplier to Warehouse.
Follow up schedule of material arrivals based on Production schedule.
Ensure that materials lead time of delivery must be followed accordingly to avoid production gap.
In charge in time and motion study and re-balancing of the sewing line.
Recommend solutions to improve cycle time and achieve required takt time of each operation.
Supervise smooth flow in production line.
Involved in Problem Solving Analysis.
Responsible for Maximizing loading based on loading capacity.
Responsible for maximizing productivity.
Analyze and continuously improve the smooth flow in production.
Responsible for implementation and compliance with continuous improvement programs, concepts and processes recommendations.
With regards to cost, the one responsible for maximizing resources and operation cost with regards to CPU.
In terms of quality, responsible for delivering the standard quality rating of all products coming out of the factory and for low claims or charge backs in rejects.
Responsible for on-time delivery with correct completed quantity on buyer’s shipment.
Responsible for implementation and compliance with continuous improvement programs, concepts and processes recommendations.
Ensures that irregular cost due to short shipment, material replacements are being minimized based on targets set by management.
