 Plan, Organise and Coordinate all offshore/onshore installation activities from pre-fabrication to commissioning level. Supervision, manage and evaluate project needs, timeframes, and costs for the project.

 Provide all method statement/site installation procedure for all the offshore Piping/Structural Installation work.
 Interview, select, and maintain an effective work force and recommend solutions and changes for improving service levels.

 Responsible for all site piping engineering activities. Prior to deployment to site, coordinate and supervise sub-contractor’s workshop fabrication (piping/structures) ensure that fabrication are done in accordance to AFC drawings and standard. Ensure that engineering problems at source are resolved. I was required to liaise at site with the sub-contractors engineering personnel and to co-ordinate piping installation with relevant supervisors.


 Involve in site visit survey inspection and preparation of site installation procedure/work pack.

 Preparation of daily site progress report/WBS.

 Checking the Welding Activities is in Compliance with Applicable Code, Standard & Specification and also Checking that the Welding Procedure to be used are approved and duly qualified as required.
 Prepare a QA/QC Manual and Procedures covering all key quality activities for the Project and follow up all review. Implement all comments during review with respect to approval.

 Involved in the qualification of Welding Procedures, PQR and Welders to ASME Sec.IX.

 Inspection of incoming materials and review of the Material Certificates to ASTM & DIN Specifications.

 Inspection during fabrication of piping to ASME B 31.3 Specifications and other relevant codes as per requested by Client.

 Monitoring compliance with job specifications and ensuring proper use of materials.

 Carrying out visual inspection of welds, NDT and interpretation of results besides verifying the conformance of dimensions fit-up and weld preparation to requirements. Further ensure the correctness of welding consumables and the storage of filler materials.

 Holds dual responsibility for performing welding and NDT works.
 Supervision of all Post Weld Heat Treatment activities during fabrication.

 Compile and issue weekly and monthly project progress reports, as well as other reports as required by the Project.

 Plan, Organise and Supervision of coating/Painting of prefabricated spools/welded joints.

 Precommissioning checks, Pre-start checks, Pneumatic, Hydro testing and Flushing of all Piping Installed.

 Review all documentation generated during fabrication and ensure that obsolete drawings for fabrication are not issued.

 Preparation of updated spool (weld) Summary Report, Material Traceability Record and Spool Released Request form of all the completed spools.
 Follow up on all dimensional control both yard fabrication and offshore installation.

 Generating necessary reports and maintaining records of the same.

 Also follow up on all the construction work associated with corroded spool replacement both onshore/offshore & preparation of related reports.
 Preparation of As-Built documentation.

* Provide Piping and Facilities Engineering Support to Construction and
topside Equipment Installation Team.
* Providing effective planning/scheduling functions on projects in
accordance with Clients/company policies procedures, specifications, and
project baseline.
* Monitoring, controlling, and tracking of all project variables resources, cost,
time, scope, and quality of deliverables to ensure that the team is making
satisfactory progress to the project goals.
* Interfacing with clients, attending regular meetings, and giving reports on
