-Conducting internal review, assessment, and approval of engineering designs for refrigeration system ensuring that output presented is engineered in accordance with client requirement and created within generally accepted international standards.
-Verification of every unit detail in the item list and BOQ’s are in exact quantity and proper item specifications are included before ordering.
-Checking of supplier/manufacturer quotation (based on above) quantity per item, discrepancies, substitutions, mismatched and/or irregularities included which could compromise the project installation quality/output.
-Providing technical assistance to Project Managers with project design clarifications and inquiries.
-Supporting Service Department with refrigeration system requirement during project commissioning.
-Supporting Sales Department with designing supplemental P&ID and plant layout (CAD) to ensure bidding requirements are met.
-Conducting site survey and existing plant data gathering for design utilization.
-Acting as Operations Department document controller whenever required.
-Proactively engaging with client unit updates to secure and prolong the compressor operation and avoid production downtime due to unwanted and unexpected maintenance shutdown.
-Dealing with partner contractors to expand prospect business opportunity through unit servicing and spare parts offering.
-Providing technical and commercial assistance to commissioning and service team in middle east main office and satellite offices in GCC region and Pakistan.
-Team scheduling for strategic utilization of team resources.
-Deployment of commissioning and service team to client in accordance with latter’s standard protocol and schedule.
-Securing completeness of design & documentation, equipment, materials, and manpower per project.
-Monitoring and tracing project schedule, output, and margin.
-Designing industrial ammonia refrigeration system for cold storage & process plants.
-Conducting site inspection for requirement survey.
-Suggesting type of equipment and system to be used on inquiries.
-Heat load calculations for system inquiry.
-Supporting sales materials for presentation e.g., power consumption, preliminary project schedule, schematic diagram, and layout
-Assigning drawing proper to AutoCAD operator, providing technical assistance, and checking CAD output.
-Communicating with client requirement on desired refrigeration system design
-Estimating needed items, materials & equipment for project execution.
-Communicating with equipment manufacturers/suppliers on cost effective products and developments.
-Ordering estimated tools, materials, & equipment needed (project proper) through purchasing department.
-Reviewing scope of works, plans, and specifications from pre-bids, contracts, and pertinent documents.
-Preparing Gantt chart for estimated time of project completion with respect to activities (experience integrated) evaluated and enumerated.
-Communicating with client for project coordination.
-Coordinating with other departments depending on the support needed at site.
-Ordering items not included but deemed necessary on preliminary purchasing.
-Providing work instruction on project supervisors, safety officers, and subordinates for organized project assignments.
-Assisting on turnover after project completion.
