Establishment of the information management strategies and direction for a rapidly growing UAE Military Hospital System. Forecasted, oversaw and coordinated the Emirates Palomar Medical Technology Services (EPMTS) ICT implementation program worth over $64 million annual revenues and specializing in infrastructure, system integration, software development and implementation for the UAE Military Hospital program countrywide which provided connectivity for 7 major medical facilities, over 100 clinics, and over 100 mobile medical units.
