•Prepares conceptual sketch of various buildings such Offices Building, Radio Station, Theater Hall, Cinema Hall, Transmitter Stations and TV Studio Complex.
•Prepares 3D Interior Design concept and Decoration Television Set, if needed.
•Prepares Initial BUDGET of Interior Building Materials
•Do Exterior and Interior 3D perspective
•Supervised all Architectural execution drawings to As-built drawings.
•Assist & Designed all Customized Materials, such as Camera Housing, TV Studio lightings framing, cyclorama brackets and Electronic Equipment Desk.
•Supervised and Implemented Drafting Quality of my draftsmen such Size, Lines weights, Heights, Text, Grades, Topographic levels, Legends, Labels, Details and etc.
•Coordinate to other related disciplines such: Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronics, HVAC and Fire Detection & Protection for their Design & Parameters.
•Conducted Site Inspection to assure all details/Specifications are executed properly by Contractors, .
•Request quotations to Suppliers /Vendors from U.S, France and United Kingdom for Tender/Bidding price support, via mail.
•Engage in architectural details and execution drawings in AutoCAD application.
•Modify drawings from Lebanon, France and India branch.
•Coordinate to other sections such decoration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and topographic survey, regarding their spaces and parameters.
•Prepares tender drawing such wood, aluminum schedules, Security camera (CCTV) and metal works
•Prepares general site development plan for presentation, considering topographic levels
•Prepares 3D model, both Exterior & Interior.
•Observe line values, symbols and legends with correspond to drawing standards.
•Prepares cutting list, quantities of Steel decking and Aluminum Composite Panels.(ACP)
•Assist & support the sales engineers in regard with technical information.
•Coordinate to the field operation group (FOG) regarding with actual measures.
•Prepares shop drawings details in CAD application.
•Prepares 3D digital exterior cladding presentation using Photoshop and 3D AutoCAD.
•Attend and discuss all document measures upon client request.
•Task to conduct a site inspection for final project completion.
