• Develop and generate shop drawings relevant to aluminum and glazing works.
• Coordinate and collaborate with structural, electrical and mechanical and other specialist team for proper coordination and execution of projects works.
• Prepares and gather documents for submittal i.e. shop drawings, material data, samples, product data, etc.
• Prepares fabrication drawings and coordinate with personnel in-charge of fabrication and installation.
• Prepares as-built drawings for submission, reflecting actual dimension, location, site condition, design changes, etc.

• Develop and generate design drawing to achieve design intent and in compliance with local authority guidelines, in adherence with building codes and legislation.
• Monitoring, coordinating & assisting design team members; makes planning and organization of works, assessing production works and to ensure quality, efficiency and optimization of the projects.
• Collaborative works with other disciplined group and other specialist group for proper coordination and execution of site project works.
• Space planning and layout of room interior arrangements for hotel, offices and retail areas.
• Review, assess and comments drawings coming from contractors and Interior design works.
• Monitors the progress of the projects and make reports and other various documents for record and updates.
• Make material selections and prepares quantity take-off of the materials used for construction purposes.
• Monitor the RFI provided by the contractor during the construction period.
• Prepares documents and drawings on GSAS submission for projects that needs green building certification.
• Prepares presentation drawings using Photoshop & PowerPoint.

• Monitoring, preparation of design & architecture drawings for projects involved.
• Organizing and coordinating projects team and manages team to complete architectural projects.
• Prepares concept drawing for client’s review and approval.
• Prepares design drawings and documents and ensuring that it is in compliance with the design intent and following design standards for a certain region.
• Collaborate & verifies with other discipline group for better coordination of design drawings.

• Responsible for monitoring, assessing team projects and assigning and manage works through a team.
• Coordinate and review work of project design team and assess whether in compliance of design intent and design standards.
• Prepares design drawing from preliminary design phase up to construction phase.
• Prepares drawings for permit, tender and construction for submission to government authority and for approval.
• Prepares design drawing for construction projects which includes architectural detailing, specifications and other required drawings.
• Coordinates and collaborate with other discipline group for the final design drawing of the projects and better execution of projects.
• Check and comment submission drawing coming from other contractors so that it will be coordinated and in accordance with architectural drawings.
• Visit on site location as required for team progress and performance
• Meets the clients specific design needs and develop potential solutions to meet these needs.
• Verifies the company standards have been met.
• Select and scan reference materials for construction purposes, prepared volume and tabulation data, etc. as well as correspondence, transmittal and minutes of meeting.
• Prepares presentation drawings using Photoshop.
• Prepares interior detail working drawings.
• Concept development of space planning and preliminary studies.
