Collect all necessary information on the materials to be received on site such as shipping notifications, packing lists, drawings and coordinate necessary activities to receive material on site.
Communicate to concerned engineers as per receipt of material as well as the Construction manager/Project Manager to enable them to plan for the activities.
Receive materials on site as per material list and arrange for inspection of the same. Generate the materials received Report.
Co ordination with various department QA/QC, QS & Construction
Store the materials in the respective storage locations as per warehouse design and store procedure for each set of material.
Issue materials as per issue slip and update the inventory status. Ensure proper approval is obtained on the material issue receipt.
Issue Material to other contractors as well as from other contractors if required and generate the respective material transfer note.
Maintain copies of all certificate, procedures, purchase orders, material transfer note in an easily accessible location for the audit process.
Provide input on all material requisition notes on the availability of the same on site and status of any pending arrival.
•Conduct site visit and collect information for the projects with existing facility and expansion projects.
Inspect all work progress as per rules and regulation of Electrical inspectorate
Check other discipline drawings, review vendor document etc
Sizing/Selection of Power cables, Breakers, fuse unit, cable trench cable glands etc
Co ordinate the Manpower to sites and prepare material supply as per the requirement.
•Programming & Installation of VFD’s ( Allenbradley, Telemecanique)
•PLC programming of Branded PLC’s ( Zelio, Allenbradley, Siemens, Gefanuc)
•SCADA System Configuration( Intouch)
•SCADA script programming, communication with other software
•Real time project development with PLC interfacing
•Wiring of HMI, Data handling with HMI, Configuration & Interfacing to PLC & PC
•Panel wiring, Components installation in Panel
•Electrical drawing
