Responsibilities
 Review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the
project.
 Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings, and Schedules
 Reviews shop drawings to ensure their compliance with specifications and contract agreements
 Prepare and Review shop drawings, and schematic drawings and follow up with the drawing amendments
during the implementation process.
 Make sure that project work stays in compliance with industry standards, specifications, building
codes, and design instructions.
 Executes the specific inspections of materials, equipment, and construction activities.
 Check the contractor's quantity survey QS to ensure the accuracy of quantities in the invoices.
 Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant.
 Prepare & review calculations regarding ESP, Pump head, fire hydraulics using ELITE, etc.
 Preparation of purchase requests for permanent materials procured by the Site team.
 Use of REVIT software to study & review the models during the devolvement of shop drawings and
to clarify any discrepancies during construction stages
 Support the Construction Section Heads/Engineers in the preparation of Construction
documentation such as method statements, and procedures.
 Establish with the technical manager the construction methodology.

Responsibilities
 Executing site related activities for all MEP items.
 Preparation after reviewing product data & technical data sheets for
Materials/technical/drawing submittals to the consultants.
 Preparation & coordination of daily, weekly reports & its timely execution at the site.
 Preparation of purchase requisition (PR) for the site Construction materials.
 Control & verifying the materials flow to the site from the store.
 Monitoring & verifying the materials during material delivery as per the delivery note to the site also &
conduct Material inspection requests (MIR’s) with consultant.
 Participating in quality work inspections.
 Preparation of method of statements, ITP, checklist etc. as a package to conduct preparatory level
meeting to start an activity at the site with consultant.
 Prepare all the documents for an initial meeting once the activity set out at the site to check the quality
measures following at the site.
 Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawing etc. at the site.
 Monitor quality at the site by following the project specification and IFC details.
 Provide Quality guidance to the construction team on any technical issues.
 Preparation & coordination of daily reports & its timely execution at the site.
 Perform routine surveillance, inspection, monitoring, auditing & assurance of site activities in
accordance with the Projects specifications, ITP and Quality Plans.
 Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspection and ensures that they are totally satisfied with the
quality of work.
 Address the comments in the NCR issued with proper corrective & preventive actions at the site to stop
continue such activities in future.
 Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management
System
 Coordination of All MEP Systems with other services at the site.
 Preparation of redline mark-ups during its construction stage itself by marking the changes in stage with
dates for final as-built drawing preparation.
 Promote quality and safety among workers

 Ensure traceability of all materials from purchasing and up to delivery on site.

 Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspection and ensures that they are totally satisfied with
the quality of work
 Coordination of All MEP Systems with other services at the site.
 Maintain a progress in the schedule of work at the site based on the contractor’s project planning
schedule
 Coordinating for the Preparation of redline mark-ups during its construction stage itself for as-built
