 Review drawings, scope of work, project specifications and other contract documents.
 Planning for the project and putting Schedule for the execution of the project
 Identify of resources like required man power, Material, equipment, tools, consumables etc.
 Responsible for project estimates, material take-off and work scheduling.
 Liaise with procurement department for the material/equipment/sub contract work
 Study of quotations of the projects and make analysis for the quotations and recommended for the best offers
 Submit technical specifications, Material Submittal, Drawing submittal, ITP & Other project documents for client approval
 Responsible for Preparing and checking the method statements in consultation with project Manager and same should approved by Consultant for execution of work.
 Review drawings for correctness and clarity of information and take necessary action to ensure sufficient information is available. Monitor and ensure that only current revisions of Issued for Construction drawings are being used, and withdraw all superseded drawings from site
 Preparation of material cut list based on drawings, data- sheets, basic design, standards etc.
 Carryout site visits as and when required and prepare site survey report
 Responsible for the procurement of materials and implementation
 Liaise with QC department to complete inspection and testing
 Coordinate with client regarding progress of work
 Prepare & update work procedures, checklists, and risk assessments in coordination with HSE dept.
 Responsible for daily site quantity calculation in order to forecast the material requirement, labor requirement and equipment. Responsible for raising purchase requisitions for the above requirements duly approved by Project Manager
 Responsible for daily construction activity of the site, coordinating with Project Manager, Consultants, subcontractors and all concerned departments etc. Using all approved drawings and materials.
 Following the erection of the projects with our erection technical team
 Responsible for implementation to carry out the specified inspection / test in accordance with relevant Inspection & Test Plans, and ensure that Quality Records are maintained and signed - off by the Project Manager / Consultants / Client. (Including the works of the Subcontractors.)
 Assist with the technical issue/s of the technical team as instructed and directed by the Project manager
 Maintaining accurate logs and records as required
 Prepare a weekly & monthly report with projects updates
 Responsible for reviewing the performance of the site development, inspection of site work,
 Responsible for providing full support to the Project Manager with regular feedback of all information relating to project status with particular references to program, quality, variations, client issues and other relevant facts etc.
 Maintain and update all as-built drawings

Testing the welded joints of structures, vessels, steel pipes using different methods like Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic testing, Magnetic Particle Testing & Dye-Penetrant Testing.
 Conducting through stage-wise inspection as per procedures & Client requirements.
 For Radiographic testing, take permissions with the clients and restrict the areas to complete the work in safe condition.
 Radiographic testing shall be done by using X-ray Method & Gamma method.
 Ultrasonic testing shall be done by using Flaw detector & Probe.
 Magnetic particle testing shall be carried out by the use of magnetic particle yoke.
 Analyze the defect of all jobs by using different methods and provide work report to the clients.

 To check whether all works, materials, equipment are in accordingly planned program, project drawing & specification.
 Inspecting the fit-up and final inspection.
 Monitor QA/QC and ensure all quality procedures are implemented and maintained
 Interpretation of structural drawings and coordinating fabrication.
 Execute the job while taking into consideration the safety Rules of reliance industries.
 Arranging testing methods like X-ray testing, ultrasonic testing and die penetration test.
 Weld Visual inspection of work during assembly and erection stages in site.
