Food service management: Culinary and cafeteria management, manage the financials of the cafeteria and kitchen, in addition to food preparation, safety, hygiene, purchasing and cost, delivery of meals to patients.
Clinical dietetics: Review new patient’s medical records, fill and indicate adequate diet according to his case and adjust the menu cycle according to it. Visit patients of different unite and discuss with them their diets. Replace the dietitian when absent.
