• Provide leadership and technical support in electronic resources management (ERM)
• Provide vision to the Access Services team.
• Oversee, supervise and lead team members. Ensure the timely and smooth operations of electronic resources major processes such acquisition, renewals, delivery, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide professional development support to team members
• Monitor, evaluate, assess and enhance the electronic resources management workflow, processes and procedures. Document all ERM policies and procedures into knowledge repositories such as Sharepoint, LibGuides and LibAnswers. Make recommendations to improve the ERM lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Reference and Collection Development team to manage the Virtual Reference Services and FAQs platform: LibAnswers. Ensure the timely response rate to users’ questions.
• Collaborate with Reference and Collection Development team to manage administer the library’s content management system: LibGuides.
• Manage the daily operations of the library’s discovery layer (Summon), E-Resources Management Systems (360 Core, 360 Resource Manager, 360 Link, 360 Marc Update)
• Maintain the Section Intranet: Sharepoint as a collaboration point as well as the electronic resources information on the library website.

Major Responsibilities:
Supervise E-Resources Team members.
Manage the electronic resources management workflow.
Responsible for access management, receipt, records maintenance, and product trials of electronic resources for the Library.
