DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
•Completes assessment of patient and documents in medical records
•Analyzed the information collected to determine patients’ needs and expected outcomes
•Observe, evaluates and reports symptoms and condition of the patient
•Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment, diagnosis, and expected outcome of the patient.
•Administration of medications, monitor patients response to medication and document.
•Assisting the Physician every rounds at the ward.
•Assisting in carrying out doctor’s order according to accepted standards.
•Applies specific principles in performing nursing procedures and techniques.
