• Accountable for Business Unit; plan and implements HR changes, On boarding & exit
formalities, promotion, transfers, induction, training etc relevant for Business unit
• End- to end Recruitment; Cross functional relationship; Grievances Redressal
• Process Payroll of 100 plus employees every month, performance evaluation, analyze,
design and implements compensation & benefits, monitor salary structure
• Led the successful implementation and roll out of HRIS & payroll software (LEAMS
Education) playing the role of liaison SPOC for the IT vendor and as the business
user/owner.
• Vendor on boarding; vendor cost analysis for procurement of goods and services; Cost
negotiation with different vendors and Government stakeholders like Tasheel, Immigration
team etc. for fees and fines.
• Being a qualified lawyer, I can provide critical inputs for vendor agreements, contracts,
purchase orders and supplier invoices etc.
• Strong negotiation skills sharpened by my lawyer acumen leads to cost effective
procurement closures with vendors
• Vendor database management; forecasts and act as a intermediary to perform cost, term
and conditions negotiations between the business department and vendors like Indeed for
filling positions, cleaning staff agency or pest control for housekeeping, MS Teams or other
software as the end user etc.
• Ensures and enforce company’s procurement policies and procedures, prepare budgets,
cost analysis and reports, follow up with the supplier and vendor analysis
• Being a people person with legal background, I can form a trust and advisory based
relationship with different internal business unit heads
• MOL contract documentation, Visa processing/cancellation, Quota modification,
Immigration related, NOC etc
• Leave Management and enforcement of organizational policies; Organizes& manages the HR related activities; Assists & follow-up of labour cases; Collects dates from “Abook” of court
• Assemble legal documents and evidences; maintains database and represents in court on behalf of the company; Ensures proper procurement & vendor management
Client Briefing; Appears for cases in Hon’ble High Court, Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal,
Employees State Insurance, CDRF etc; Drafts Agreements and Document reviews, Petitions
and Legal documentation; assist and support senior lawyer.
Follow-ups with the clients and channel partners/vendors & addressing their queries thus
ensuring client happiness; Responsible for CRM updates
