My main responsibility is to assist Project Engineer for the smooth implementation of various projects and it’s includes various activities and some of them are listed below:-
1) Review of project package/scope of work to determine the necessary inspection requirements
2) Preparation of pre-approval documents as per project requirements/package/scope of work
3) Close follow-up for client of pre-approval documents
4) Identify and clarify the missing drawings/ joint design with client
5) Preparation and acknowledgment of Inspection Test Plan (ITP) based on Scope of work/approved work method of statement
6) Preparation of Wall Charts for Valves, Vessels, Exchangers
7) Review and selection of WPQR as per the project requirements and preparation of list of qualified welders.
8) Carry out material receiving inspection as per purchase order/IFC or AFC drawings /MTC
9) Preparation of MRIR for the inspected materials
10) Preparation of weld tractability as per issued weld map by Execution team
11) Assist to provide the selection range of pressure gauge and set pressure of PSV’S for Hydro-test
12) Carry out stage wise inspection activities as per approved ITP and co-ordinate with client inspection to fulfill the inspection requirements.
13) Monitor pre-heat temperature maintenance prior to fit-up and during welding.
14) Perform fit-up inspection and weld visual inspection as per IFC/RFC drawings and approved drawings.
15) Identify the acceptance criteria in accordance with standards and codes.
16) Co-ordinate with NDT subcontractor personals to fulfill NDT requirements as per approved ITP.
17) Preparation of NDE request and review of NDE reports before submission to client.
18) Preparation of pressure test packages.
19) Clearing of all A-punches before pressure test.
20) Monitor and witness of Hydro-test/Pneumatic test as approved procedure.
21) Monitor the activities as per Inspection recommendation.
22) Co-ordinate with PED and operation team before Box-up of Equipment.
23) Ensure the integrity of flange joints.
24) Review the bolt torquing reports
1) I am a mechanical engineer studied at LBS college of engineering during the period of 2009-2013.I passed my bachelors degree about 65% of marks out of 100 percentage.i has more than one year experience in the field of oil and gas industry as qc engineer. 2) Certification in non destructive testing of 'American Society of Non Destructive Testing’–ASNT level II in RT, PT, MT and UT 3) PLATFORMS : WINDOWS XP,WINDOWS 7,WINDOWS 8 , Knowledge in MS Office and web search tool. Design tools: mat lab, auto cad 2015 TYPING SPEED : 35-40 WORDS PER MINUTES
