Execution of Electromechanical and plumping works.
Co-ordination for preparation of shop drawing and As built.
Verify and checking the Quotations and drawings of Electrical, Fire Fighting and HVAC.
Preparation of Load Schedule as per the drawing issued by the Electrical Consultant.
Project scheduling and Monitoring as per schedule and report to the Project Manager.
Co-ordinate with Supervisors and ensure the progress of works.
Utilize the man and materials.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Ensuring safety on site
To inspect materials delivered at the site.
To conduct quality testing of Electro mechanical and plumping works such as Megger, live test, pressure test, air balancing test etc as per DEWA, Municipality and Civil Defense rules.
Successfully managing the electrical works of the following project:
KINFRA Industrial Park, Punalur- Project of 11 kV internal power distribution work providing 1.5 MVA power for M/S KINFRA Industrial park, Punalur.
KINFRA Industrial Park, Punalur- Installation of Panel board, DG and complete electrification works of Standard design factory building.
Duties and responsibilities
Plans and execute all electrical works and coordinates the activities with other disciplines.
Assisting the team in Installation of all HT, LT cabling and LV works.
Crosschecking and verifying the Permit to work documents and submitting to permit authority.
Coordinating with all WBS in order to ensure no over lapping with other activities (especially in high voltage cabling, Substation busbar installation).
Erection of Transformers, DG set, Switch Gear etc.
Coordinates with Contractor / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Assisting Engineering dept in updating the layout, scheme, SLD, load calculation, specification etc. as per the field change sheet.
Identifying and issuing material request for the electrical materials, preparing material datasheets, submittals and samples scheduled by KINFRA.
Coordinating the commissioning activities of substation.
Successfully managing the electrical works of the following projects:
Sree Narayana Institute of Technology (SNIT) Engineering College, Adoor- Project of Power distribution and MEP works for SNIT Engineering College.
Duties and responsibilities:
Installation of Panel Boards and other Electrical equipments.
Checking the cable schedule as per the schedule and layout drawings and coordinating with team for completion.
Checks on executed work and its conformity.
Preparing daily progress reports for submitting to project management team.
Erection of Transformer, Circuit breakers, Isolators.
Supervise & check technical works & advise technical design solutions in different activities.
Cordinates with team for cable Laying, Glanding & Testing of cables.
Arranging materials, tools and raising material request for new requirements as per site requirements.
