 Commissioning of subsystem integration in ICAS(Integrated campus automation system)
like Building Automation system (BAS), Lighting control system(LICS), Lab control
system(LCS) and Power monitoring system(PMS)
 Handling the Building operation including Maintenance supervision, schedule, Incident,
ext.
 Responsible for conducting root cause analysis of Incident and follow up with Maintenance
team for corrective actions in order to avoid the incident reoccurrence.
 Throughout understanding of Life support system (LSS) operation.
 Issuing ticket to maintenance for system abnormalities, Defective Instruments, and errors ext.
 Reviewing operating energy consumption of Building.
 Responding to all emergency situations, including fire, evacuation & equipment failure,
summoning additional assistance as needed.

 Leading the team which provides installation, Testing and commissioning of Surveillance
equipment and security products like GPS tracking device, access control device, CCTV
cameras, and ext.
 Monthly meeting with management and client regarding work progress and issues.

 A thorough understanding of Sequence of Operation, IO wiring, Network loop, from sensor
level through Flied control level through Integration level to the Management level of the
Automation Control Solution.
 Identify the process for creating the project database for the job using Alerton software tools
and resources, handling the Energy management system (EMS) which including Alerton
supplied graphics, templates, and BACtalk Builder.
 Deliver onsite support for installation requirement of Visual Logic controllers, including
power requirements, input signal type supported, Output signal to control devices and
configure proper input scaling of Visual Logic Controller.
 Installation, troubleshooting and startup support of Electrical and Instrumentation equipment’s
for Visual Logic Expansion(VLX), Visual Logic controllers(VLC), VAV’s, FCU’s, FFU’s,
Plumbing, Hot Water Systems, Chilled water systems, and Solar Tower.
 Configure alarms, Energy logs, Zones, Schedules, etc. for all the BACnet objects through
“Envision for BACtalk” software on the OWS (Operator work station).

 Responsible for making reports of Conditional survey of VFD, Defective Instrument, BAS-
OWS Errors etc.

 Continuity check, Instrument component installation inspection and final commissioning of
Instruments.
 Design and implementation of network protocols like Ethernet, LON and MS/TP network
and create a set of control system drawings that reflect the system network architecture
(Ethernet, MS/TP and PTP) that properly identify BACnet addressing requirement.
 Troubleshooting network communication issues having to do with BACnet/IP andTCP/IP.
 Calibration of field devices like variable air valves(VAV), Pressure and Flow
transmitters(Veltron), PDT(Dwyer), Pressure Differential switch(Dwyer).Analysis of system
performance like stability, Energy Consumption, ext. and making the possible enhancement in
their Program, sensor relocation, Mechanical adjustments ext.
 A Thorough understanding of visual logic programming of HVAC devices like AHU, FCU,
VAV, FPB, Hot water system, Chilled water system, ext.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Calibration and Testing of process control Instrument like Pressure gauzes, Temperature
indicator, Pressure switch, pressure Transmitters etc.
* Selects, install, calibrate plus checks sensing element like RTD (resistance temp. detector),
Thermocouples, pressure detector, etc.
* Maintenance and testing of electronic instruments and telemetry systems.
