Responsibilities:
• Managing the functions of the IT Department
• Troubleshooting Hardware and Software problems to ensure smooth operations of Head office and Retail shops
• Provide Comprehensive software and operational support to IT, HR, Accounts, Merchandising and Retail departments
• Installation and configuration of operating systems, printers, CCTV with Software and Hardware items required for office and retails shops operations
• Firewall management
• Antivirus installation and managements
• Social media and E-com website management with collecting and analyzing data to drive business development
• Updating and maintaining website and content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Customizing POS system to meet specific business need s and objective
• Checking and taking necessary action for emails
• Generating Reports and Documentation of data's and information Essential for Business development and smooth operations of Head office and Retail shops
• Database Synchronization and Daily Backup management
• Scheduling and Facilitating online meeting using platform such as ZOOM, TEAMS or Google MEET Projects:
• Migration to Cloud SERVER
• IT infrastructure installation in New Retail shops and Office
• CCTV Installation In Retail shops and Office
