Basically Job is based on the lean Manufacturing System:
• Ensure employee involvement for MOS & need to drive the culture of continuous improvement.

• 6S (5S+S) Implementation as 6S Champion
• Kaizen Implementation as kaizen Champion
• Gather & monitor relevant operational data from the respective department & monitor the Key performance Indicators (KPI) on weekly & monthly basis.
• Ensure employee involvement for MOS & need to drive the culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare for external & internal audits related to MOS with other’s involvement through pre audits.

• Facilitate Problem solving when a problem occurs with the relevant employees and arrange lean manufacturing related training.
