PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Known as the Al-Zour Refinery project (ZOR), it will primarily supply 225, 000 barrels a day of low-sulphur fuel oil (LSFO) to local power plants. It will also produce jet fuel, kerosene and naphtha feedstock for petrochemical plants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* L5 Schedule development
* Constructability and coordination to mitigate loss of time on interfacing
* Keen coordination of all UG construction to prepare the Heavy Haul Routes (HHR)
* Initiate project work fronts
* Daily production reports with Actual vs. Plan distribution
* Creation and development of control sheets to be disseminated to Construction Team, Project Management System for progress tracking
* Liaising with client regarding priorities, Equipment Long Lead Items (LLI)
* Continuous update of project scope which may come as additional or new in nature
* Detailed monitoring of pre-cast manholes and catch - basins offsite and onsite
* Further expansion of Project Schedule detail in terms of Inspection Work Packages (IWP) to maximize pipe installation, close-outs, leak test and hydro testing
* Optimal guidance on Sub-Contractors in their provided delivery deadlines
* Analysis and improvement of corridor excavations, their sequence and duration of access unavailability prior to backfilling, compaction and FDT to manage smooth flow of area turn-overs

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment which is owned by Japanese businessman Kazuo Okada, was granted a license to operate a casino within the Entertainment City in 2008. In June 2016, the casino complex then named as Manila Bay Resorts was re-branded as Okada Manila.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Glow Group is a group of energy companies, with its core business in generating and supplying electricity, steam, clarified, demineralized and chilled water to its customers. Glow’s business is divided into Independent Power Producer (IPP), Cogeneration and Renewable energy business lines. They have total generating capacity of 3, 206.668 MW of electricity, 1, 206 tons per hour of steam, 5, 482 cubic meters per hour of processed water and 3, 400 refrigerated tons of chilled water.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Detail the schedule workflow including material handling and disposal
* Ensures that the shutdown will be finish on the committed deadline or earlier.
* Monitor hourly the actual progress of work on site
* Extends decision on how to utilize resources required to sub-contractors so as not to delay any scheduled activity
* Assert recovery schedules and make sure that it will be followed by all disciplines
* Immediate design of shop drawings to modifications on forms and anchor weld details

* Jizan Refinery Terminal Project, EPC-13 Utilities

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The refinery will cover an area of 12km² and will process 400, 000bpd of Arabian Heavy and Arabian Medium crudes to produce 80 million barrels per day of gasoline, 250 million barrels per day of diesel and more than one million tonnes per annum of benzene and paraxylene petrochemical products.
A multiple-pier marine terminal will support the supply of crude oil from the Saudi Arabian oil fields to the refinery and also enable the export of surplus volumes from the refinery to global markets. The terminal will be designed to accommodate very large crude carriers (VLCCs).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Level 3 Schedule interaction between proponent / breakdown of Schedule to Levels 4-6 ensuring Milestones and Finish Dates to follow Project’s Baseline
* Development of Look Ahead / Recovery Schedules as required by the Construction department
* Liaising with the client EPC contractor to ensure constructability within other EPCs regarding Interface Points
* Produce control sheets as deemed necessary for the actual progress monitoring to be distributed to the construction department
* Development of Project Monitoring system with proper linkages from spreadsheet software to scheduling software
* Update construction department and site personnel about upcoming important milestones of the project
* 3d AG/UG Pipe Network Scheduling using company’s in-house system
* Evaluation of sub-contractor schedules

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
P.H. Glatfelter Spring Grove Power Plant is a 70.4MW coal-fired power station owned and operated by Glatfelter in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. The plant provides power to Glatfelter's Spring Grove paper mill.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Offshore work wherein project details are transmitted via Subversion
* Development of monitoring software to be used in tracking progress visually
* Carry over tasks of designing forms and weld positons on refractory shells including scaffolding plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Yanbu' Crude Oil Terminal was built in 1982 by Petromin and integrated into Saudi Aramco in 1984. The Saudi Aramco projects played an early and crucial role in the development of Yanbu'. In fact, the selection of Yanbu' as a center for industrial development was closely linked to the national desire to create a strategic alternative to the Kingdom's Arabian Gulf ports for crude oil shipment.

SADARA is located in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, the world’s largest chemical complex ever built in a single phase, with 26 integrated world-scale manufacturing plants that will produce more than three million tons of products every year. SADARA will be a Fortune 500 company within the first year of full operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor project progress and assess productivity
* Site visit for the updates to be incurred in the schedule and provide as-built plans prior to work advancement
* Conduct meetings on key site personnel regarding critical and priority activities to keep the schedule on time
* Liaising with the EPC to update key milestones and update schedule progress based from it
* Breakdown of contract schedule to lower levels and loading activities with resources and cost
* Provides the management with the important resources to be allocated per look ahead assessment
* Prepare plan & shop drawings, survey ordinates
* Provide quantity surveys for IFC plans based from issued BOQ

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The CEDC and PEDC projects began commercial operations on February 26 and March 26, 2011, respectively. Both the CEDC and PEDC plants utilize circulating fluidized bed boiler technology that produces very low levels of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide and captures most solid emissions.
The largest is the 246 MW-rated clean coal-fired power plant in Toledo City, Cebu, which is operated by CEDC. The second largest power generation facility is the 164 MW-rated, clean coal-fired power plant in Iloilo City, Panay, which is operated by PEDC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handled project management works for five (5) refractory boiler power plant installations, dry-out and maintenances
* Directly reporting to the Project Manager with concerns related to Project Management issues
* Head of the technical division of 5 people which gathered project raw data and migrated them to spread sheet data to produce analysis that was used to convey discrepancies on project impacts under TÜV-SÜD Industry
* Elected Civil Engineer STE (Sustaining Technical Employee) for the company's responsibilities with PCAB
* Refractory post dry-out crack mapping
