As an Estimation Engineer specializing in HVAC and Plumbing systems, I am responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities. Additionally, I work extensively with AutoCAD to handle drawings at all project stages.

Key responsibilities include:

· AutoCAD & Design Support: Producing, modifying, and reviewing HVAC and plumbing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination plans using AutoCAD. Working on drawings across all project phases - from preliminary design and tender stage to construction and final as-built handover.
· Estimation & Tendering: Analyzing project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates (material, labor, equipment) for HVAC and plumbing systems. Preparing bids, BOQs, and quotations.
· Coordination & Procurement: Sourcing competitive pricing from suppliers/subcontractors for pipes, fittings, ductwork, chillers, pumps, sanitary ware, etc. Negotiating prices and maintaining a cost database.
· Value Engineering & Site Support: Using AutoCAD to propose layout optimizations that reduce costs without compromising functionality. Coordinating with project teams to resolve clashes and ensure design accuracy.
· Market Monitoring: Tracking local (Palestine) market trends and regulations to refine estimating accuracy.

· Successfully estimated and supported bids for multiple projects in Ramallah and Al-Bireh.
· Reduced cost variances by ~12% through value engineering and supplier negotiations.
