Develop brand strategy in alignment with corporate strategy
Develop strategy for brand pre-marketing and rollout regionally
Manage relationships with external agencies
Work cross functionally with other units within the marketing department to leverage on shared activities
Coordinate with other departments (specifically customer facing fronts) to ensure consistency of key messages and tone of voice communicated to the public
Lead branding team to deliver outcomes
Promote internal brand engagement & guidelines implementation
Conduct regular brand audits to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Implement and monitor brand initiatives including marketing campaigns' planning, execution and monitoring (ATL, BTL, Digital etc.)
Develop sales and marketing collateral
Unify corporate branches' and retail offices' look through implementation of retail guidelines
Unify brand's language and tone throughout all brand/product communication
Ensure the progress and gradual transition phase from the old to the new look & feel
Work with advertising and media agencies on a day-to-day basis
Develop ATL/BTL material, media plans and all other campaign deliverables
Develop and updating all corporate, sales and product collateral on a regular basis
Plan and manage corporate events
Develop BTL material upon requests from internal client teams and/or team members
Assist marketing executives in the deployment of marketing campaigns and development of collateral
Plan and organizing staff events
Liaise between the marketing and procurement department
Manage the marketing store room, inventory and log sheets
