• Managing the flagship digital initiative (Future Pay Wallet - Android, iOS & Web).

o A B2B market place for SME’s which facilitate SME in gaining online presence to diversify their customer base.
o Auto fulfilled credit score and ratings for SMEs. Developed products which are fully automated with no manual intervention. Complete online fulfillment.
• Analyzing business needs and feasibility study for rollout of all projects
• Working closely with UI / UX team to develop prototypes/mock-ups.
• Managed 5 projects from initial concept through release.
• As-Is/To-Be process flows, requirement specifications, business rules, functional requirements, user stories, use cases, wire-frames and data flow diagrams.
• Actively participate in Daily SCRUM, Sprint planning, backlog grooming and other agile ceremonies.
• Conducting internal audit of various processes of group companies and Involved in audit process of SAP Authorization, Statutory Dues, etc.
