•Developing and Implementing HSSE Training Procedures and Materials
• Conducting job specific and mandatory HSSE training to employees and sub contractors
• Complete and mark assessments
• Maintain organized training records for new and existing employees and ensure they are updated as required
• Communicate with management to provide reports on required training and training progress
• Conducting training courses at our inhouse training center but also from time to time required to deliver training offsite.
Implementing ISO OHS 45001 : 2018 and EMS 14001 : 2015 standards to reputed clients across India.
Assisting the client to fulfill the legal requirements and adhere to compliance as per local regulations and recognized standards.
Preparing all documents related to ISO 45K and 14K such as Training Plan, Risk Assessment, EHS Objectives and Targets, Risks and Opportunities, Internal and External Issues Register, Interested Parties Needs and Expectations .
Guidance on resolving the major NC’s which will delay further the process of achieving the ISO Certification.
Providing awareness training to employees on ISO 45001 : 2018 and EMS 14001 : 2015 to showcase management commitment .
Assisting the nominated internal auditors on how to conduct an cross functional internal audit.
Closing out any major or minor NC’s found during the external audit .
Monitoring the KPI such as number of reported accidents and incidents, loss time injury frequency rate, lost time injury incidence rate, equipment breakdowns etc.,
Ensuring monthly submission of the project HSE performance report in terms of no of inspection, no of training, no of violations etc. Compiled as monthly statistics reports.
Conducting audits, evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
Measuring overall HSE performance by assessing how well the risks are being controlled and investigating the causes of accidents.
Responsible for ensuring and implementing all necessary health and safety policy and guidelines implementation in the project in accordance with the Dubai Municipality Codes Of Practice.
General inspection of scaffolds erection and dismantling.
Supervise the placement of signage and proper safety device i.e, barricades.
Coordinate incident investigation on incidents/accidents, report preparation and submission to the relevant authorities (DMC).
Conduct safety inductions and training for all company employees and sub- contractors appointed by company.
Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste.
Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations.
Promoting safe practices on site and responding to workers’ safety concerns.
Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.
