•Performs Commissioning and on-site load testing of delivered generator sets to customers
•Performs preventive maintenance on different brand generator sets being sub-contracted to the company.
Key Achievement
Provided control and system wiring for one standby bare diesel engine for generator. This resulted to additional income for the company after it was sold for aproximately 250, 000 Pesos.
Providing immediate analysis and repair on machine breakdown to ensure machine efficiency, quality and delivery.
•Performing Preventive Maintenance of mold machines scheduled periodically. This includes replacement and lubrication of ball screws and lead screws, valves and gaskets, and replacement of motors, sensors, cylinders, and timing belts.
•Initiating in company’s cost cutting measures by responsible usage of spare parts and installation of cost-efficient projects.
•Generating analysis of low yield reports, MRB’s (Material Review Board) and provision of corrective actions such as application of poka yoke to obtain better product yield and recurrence prevention.
•Conducting hands-on training on newly hired technicians and OJTs for competent technical manpower.
•Performing equipment audits and reports that are being used as basis for PM activities.

Key Achievement
Installation of Leadframe presence sensor in our decullers that resulted to better yield and stoppage of frequent Material Review Board due to crumpling during transfer from inlet magazine elevator buffer to deculler tool.
