Handling the of HR operations across the middle East region (Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar ) and South East Asia region ( Malaysia, Indonesia) with 34 stores along with a team of Trainer, HR Professionals and quality auditors.

1. Planning and Strategic Development of HR
In partnership with CEO develop and implement HR objectives, best practices (retention, training, recruitment etc.), policies and procedures and processes. More broadly, manage the long term development and performance of the HR function to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in service delivery and support the business as it grows
2. Training & Talent Management
Coordinate learning & development activities and ensure provision of appropriate training for all individuals
Monitor employee performance, conduct performance appraisals and manage the promotion process as appropriate
Monitor employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
3. Talent Acquisition
In partnership with external recruitment consultants as required, develop and lead recruitment programs; manage all aspects of recruitment, head hunting, talent pooling
Support the CEO in developing recruitment budgets and manage them
Deal with different Department Heads to work on manpower planning for Back and Front office.
4. HR Administration Task
Preparing and control of the HR budgets, steering the team to run the payroll, leave management, records maintenance and conducting HR audits
5. HR Projects :
Preparing the 3 year roadmap for HR, Improvement plans, strategies and automations implementation.

Certified Human Resources Professional, CHRP, ACI, USA- 2019

Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes

Responsibilities in detail
Handling the recruitment for the Group Company requirements in liaison with the recruitment agencies, Job portals and other external resources.
Handling post recruitment formalities - Joining, probation confirmation, appraisals, terminations, resignations and exit process.
Updating and reviewing the Headcount database for the Group Company
Preparation of Job description and succession planning.
Processing the visa applications and other labor and immigration related work in liaison with the PRO’s
Payroll Management - Joining reports, processing the annual leave applications, leave pay calculation, preparation of final settlement, staff loans, air ticket encashment etc
To formulate, update and revision of HR Policy in coordination with the HR Committee.
