• Supervising: the Project's (existing and new ones under construction)
• Tracking: project progress (goals, schedule and budget) and generating status reports.
Planning: with the general manager workplan for coming day's.
• Reporting: Preparing project status reports for clients, supervision, scouting, meeting, management. (daily, monthly, yearly)
• Meeting: with clients the owner and the sub- consultants and driving the nominated contractors/sub-contractors, representatives and suppliers regarding project execution.
• Schedule: e-maill, Calling, meeting, following-up the Client's.
• Coordinating the project communication plan. Ensure that client requirements and the needs of multiple stakeholders are being identified, compliance with internal or designated standards and quality requirements.
• Client Relationships
• Review: all qutaion's, pricing offer's, the tender document before the construction period.
• Check: the line’s, inspection sheet, clearance report, housekeeping.
• Supervise: workers and ensure that they comply with quality systems, Manufactory & warehouse cleanliness.
(hair nets, masks, gloves, personal hygiene)
• Quality: ensure that the final production
(before export) matches the quality requirements.
• Saftey: ensure the application of safety systems
• Lab test: Moisture Analyzer, Titratable Acidity,
Chlorien test.
• release & reject the abacus
• Site Visiting the site and supervising the safety systems and ensuring that they comply with the required standards according to the Saudi Building Code (SBC)
• Office Tasks's ensuring that the company's projects are completed from Excel, filling and processing reports of government departments.
• AutoCAD Work on a daily basis on distributions (Fire Alaram) in the AutoCAD with the distribution in an organized and orderly manner according to the requirements of the Saudi Building Code.
• Government Departments review
Submitting papers (supervision, certificate, drawings of plans) to the civil defense or the Jeddah Municipality and discussing with statesmen about any observations, amendments or mistakes.
• Supervising: all Store’s that sell the company's products.
Sale's Planning.
• Reporting : writting weekly and monthly sales reports, and the market condition of sales in the event of an increase or decrease
• Complete daily sale’s task’s

• Negotiation
• Stocktake
