 Direct reporting to Group Chairman/Managing Director/General Manager.
 Manage the daily operations of the HR & ADMIN department.
 Review the existing company policies and develop them in line with the changing business demands.
 Manage the business requirements & implementation phases of ERP - HR module.
 Manage the monthly payroll.
 Propose new company structures.
 Advise the top management about the employees' motivational and loyalty programs to avoid losing the company assets and implement success plans and knowledge transfer for all key positions.
 Prepare a salary grade system which includes payable and benefits’ details.
 Propose annual performance evaluation practice (KPI Based) and link it with any promotional, development, replacement and increment within the Group.
 Coordinate with all business units' directors to implement the new manpower policy withing the Group.
 Supervise the annual training plan for the whole Group and communicate with all directors to ensure that all employees have the required training to improve their performance and skills.
General Administration Services Scope of Work:
 Manage the entire fit-out work within head office premises.
 Manage the housekeeping, reception, fleet, office facilities, office supplies and stationery.
 Manage the Group Medical Insurance Policies (Private Medical, Workmen Compensation & Life Insurance)

Completed Project: Qatar Airways Project / outsourcing services agreement for deploying around 1, 500 personnel
Ongoing Project: Doha Bank / outsourcing services agreement for deploying up to 150 personnel
From March 2022 till today; I have been appointed as HR, ADMIN & Project Manager in one of the Group Subsidiary - Fusion Outsourcing & Services LLC.
 Manage the entire mobilization and demobilization of the assigned projects.
 Review and develop all MEMO’s, workflows, procedures and policies related to the said projects.
 Manage the employee relations & welfare related issues and ensure all are solved without fail.
 Manage the employees’ inductions, joining formalities, QID issuance, FHC, salary related issues, discipline actions and exit interviews.
 Execute weekly & monthly reports to the General Manager to ensure all project mobilization aspects are timely addressed and reported with suggestions of action plans if needed.

 Manage the HR department of Al Jameel Medical Services Group with all its subsidiaries (Gulf Laboratory & Radiology, Al Arabi Radiology & Laboratory Center, Al Jameel Medical Center & Al Marmar Real estate)
 Closely managing the following HR functions: Recruitment, Employee Relation, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management, Governmental Relations and welfare related matters.
 Manage the ERP (HR Module) two phases: Requirement & implementation.
 Policies & Procedures: (8 years’ experience in creating & developing policies)
 Create the required policies to adapt with the business from scratch.
 Analyze the existing policies and prepare the gap analysis.
 Prepare an action plan includes policies that need to be developed and policies that need to be created from scratch.
 Develop the policies that need to be amended as business needs.
 Present and discuss the policies’ changes and new ones with the board and do amendment if needed.
 Finalize the policies with the approved form from the Quality Dept.
 Circulate the new policies and amended ones to all staff.
Created and developed almost 25 policies to comply with the accreditation standards (JCI).
 IN-Charge for the HR Chapter of JCI Accreditation Project (successfully passed JCI mock survey - Feb 2020).
 Close managing the succession planning for key staff and ensuring that process is done properly at the agreed time with line managers and top management.
 Ensure the compliance with Qatari Labor Law, welfare standards & Ministry of Public Health in all HR related functions.
 Create a checklist for HR department to be checked monthly by relevant HR staff under the supervision of HR manager to ensure:
 Compliance with labor law
 Compliance with employment/recruitment policies
 Maintain up-to-date files/records of company and staff.
 Applying all other HR related policies and procedures (like leave, termination, training policies)
 Conduct bi-annual audit/inspection under the supervision of quality assurance department for the administration, operation and supply chain departments.
 Follow the ISO and Quality dept. standard procedure of documentation when needed to change any existing policy, filing employees related personal documents.
 Suggest and implement staff retention plans to ensure manpower coverage and stability all the time.
 Manage and supervise the performance management process from setting up the objectives (SMART Objectives Methods) for all staff to conducting the bi-annual and annual assessments.
 Participate in creating/improving the manual, procedures and workflow for all departments.
 Lead managements meetings and manage MOM and follow up action plan with all business units’ directors.
 Advise the top management with proper options of organization restructuring and organization to cope with the pandemic situation of COVID 19.
General Administration & Operations Scope of Work:
 Manage the company fleet related functions.
 Manage the housekeeping staff and ensure ISO procedures are implemented.
