- Sending copy of shipping documents to clearing agent in advance to prepare necessary custom file.
- Transferring the Advance Custom duty and clearance/transportation charges to clearing agent in advance.
- Make sure clean original shipping documents reach to ALFANAR prior to arrival of shipment.
- Monitor the shipment clearance. Make sure there is NO demurrage and container detention.
- Monitor the final delivery up to end user premises.
- Returning back the empty container to shipping line on time.
- Receiving the freight forwarder/clearing agent invoices.
- Supervision of custom payment proof under taking for inbound shipments and clearing the same within 3 months period.
- Monitoring and follow up of company Insurance Claims for damaged goods.

- Handling Landing Permission from Saudi Seaport & Airport.
• Warehousing
- Make sure received shipment is in good condition

- Releasing the materials according to end user requirement and stock update
