• Responsible for day to day operations of 8 corporate and 2 franchise coffee shops in
UAE/ KSA and established marketing strategies that would create greater value and
promote demand
• Prepared financial information to identify expenses and revenue of operation and
analyzed overalloperation tofind ways to build sales, profitability, guest counts, and
effective cost controls
• Responsible for month-end inventory, manager’s scheduling and payroll and cost
