• Identification of new suppliers for different goods and services for this Property and Facility Company
• Improve and maintain a good relationship with supplier
• Coordinate relation with internal and external suppliers.
• Price comparison, different reports
• Ensure that the highest standards of procurement management are provided while having regard to cost considerations
• Management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Periodical inspections of the location status and suggestions for dysfunctional remediation, if and when occur during the building operation
• Reports to the management relevant issues regarding all the administration, operation and maintenance activities
• All record keeping are in computerized.
• Making a report for Damage equipment and material
• Correspondence with Maintenance & Purchase teams.
• Coordinate with logistic team,
• Maintain a record a complete a record for incoming & outgoing equipment and material
• Specification checking for completes incoming equipment and material
• Collect all the information (List, Quotation)
• Responsible in updating and expediting all the catalogue cuts, vendors drawing and approved data sheets that being required in developing Spare Part Data Package.
• Coordinating yard Supervisors and crewmembers for loading & unloading re-arranging equipment etc.
• Managed successful relationships with sub-contractors and associate contractors.
• Worked closely with program managers and project managers to support the successful development and implementation of project schedules..
• Facilitated on-time and efficient completion of projects by understanding critical activities and alerts.
• Undertake the responsible care of all equipment to ensure safe working condition
• Assist other Committee members in their duties as required
• Maintain, update, necessary technical information for company’s Intranet program
• Scanning in all relevant new documents.
• Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
• Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.
• Communication with the concerned contractors as needed.
• Keeping correspondence with all the departments and making of schedules and arranging the meeting with one department to another as per Managers Instructions
