• Employee Central Core - Good understanding of FO/MDF Objects, Corporate, Succession data models, Position mgmt., Payment Info, Picklist mgmt., Events, Event Reasons, Workflows, Associations, Business rules, Concurrent, Contingent configs, Document Generation, Advanced/Story reporting’s etc.
• Global Benefits - Good knowledge on Benefits, Benefit Types, Benefit Program, Features like - Benefit Confirmation Statement, Automating Benefits Enrollments, setting up of Work/Life events etc.
• Time Management - Good understanding of Time Type, Time Account Type, Time Profile, Work Schedule, Holiday setups and Accrual, Transfer, PEP, Take and Interim rules.
• Well versed in various processes of implementation project like Client requirement gatherings, Iterations, Workbook cooking & preparation, customizations, dry runs, UAT testing, data loads, cut over plans, post go-live / Hypercare support.
• ONB 2.0 - Good understanding on ONB 2.0 module.
