Responsibilities Handled:
1. Assisting in developing instrument specifications for ICSS systems, instruments, cables, valves, etc.
2. Assist the designers in reviewing PFDs, P & IDs for correctness in respect to project safety requirements
3. Reviewing and commenting on EPC contractor’s design drawings, procedures, dossier, method statements, baselines, project schedule, acceleration plans, contractual letters, etc.
4. Coordinating, monitoring & controlling the Instrumentation construction activities in ISBL (Green field) and OSBL (Brown field areas - AGRP, NLTF, GPCCR, GT4, Disentrancement basin etc.).
5. Assisting the Lead in resolving technical issues & reviewing progress against the approved baseline schedule. Advising the corrective actions to meet the expectations.
6. Coordinated and participated in commissioning of AGRP scope of GT5 construction project.
7. Coordinated and supervised the 300+ Control panels installation in Instrument House.
8. Verification of RFIs, Field change note, Site instructions to comply the actual construction Shell DEP and KNPC standards.
9. Giving support to client on resolving I & C issues and maintained client’s satisfaction.
10. Assisting Project Engineer on progress review and giving monthly reports.
11. Making often Site verification visit (SVV), SOC, near miss, etc to access the hazards conditions, assessing the risk and its control measure as KNPC HSE procedures.
12. Successfully completed 12 mandatory trainings and cleared the Test associated with high score.

Responsibilities Handled:
1. Review and approval of construction related drawings, procedures, method statements, etc.
2. Coordinating, monitoring & controlling the Instrumentation construction activities at GC-04 located at Burgan.
3. Verification of RFIs, Field change note, Site instructions to comply the actual construction and KOC standards.
4. Making often Site verification visit (SVV), SOC, near miss, etc to access the hazards conditions, assessing the risk and its control measure as KOC HSEMS procedures.
5. Tracking the site progress as per plan and reporting higher management for corrective actions.
6. Coordinating the site meetings for project review, status, progress with different KOC team members.

Responsibilities Handled:
1. Assisting detailed engineering designers to make project documents and drawings. Preparing method statements, ITPs, procedures, shutdown work plan, FCNs, reports etc.
2. Reviewing and approving vendor documents in liaison with KOC contract clauses and standards.
3. Planning, Coordinating, Supervising & Executing the Instrumentation construction activities in 14 GCs (GC 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 19, 20, 21, 22) located in Burgan and Magwa Field.
4. Attending meetings with KOC, Shutdown coordination team, engineering review, vendor, project review meeting, department meeting, etc.
5. Handled System works in DCS - Emerson, Honeywell / ESD - Hima, Rockwell Automation / SSLS - Yokogawa / H2S - Ge Fanuc / F&G - Rockwell Automation in 14GCs.
6. Executing pre-shutdown and shutdown activities including System Modification works with the help of System specialists in 14 GCs.
7. Executing Level 2 Shutdown Logic demonstration to OTS, PM, Maintenance & Operations during Shutdown, SAT, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
8. Reviewing vendor documents and assisting Procurement department in negotiating & making POs.
9. Coordinating inspection by KOC for received materials, completed activity, field change note, etc.
10. Regular communication with KOC, System & material Vendor, Sub Contractors, Specialists.
11. Prepared and got KOC approval for ITP, method statement, etc. for Instrumentation works.
12. Installation and termination of Marshalling cabinet, System cabinet, local control panels, junction boxes wiring in 14 GCs.
13. Commissioned Multipoint HP smokeless flare system in GC-20, GC-09 & GC-10. GC-22 SAT completed.

Responsibilities Handled:
1. Planning, Coordinating, Supervising and Executing the Instrumentation activities.
2. Inspecting and maintaining the materials for the project as per the standard & specifications.
3. Supervising of erection, installation and tubing of the instruments as per the drawings.
4. Installation and termination of local control panels, junction boxes wiring, Marshaling Cabinets and Emergency shutdown panels.
5. Calibration of Pressure transmitters, Flow transmitters, Level transmitters and Temperature Transmitters, Pressure Switches and Gauges. In-charge of calibration lab.
6. Loop checking and trouble shooting for Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature process Instruments, MOV valves, Control valves, ON-OFF Valves, Shut down & Blow Down valves.
7. Inspection and generation of RFIs for the completed works for KOC approval.
8. Preparation of Project Record Book for the project and documenting.
9. Participating the Project review meeting, KOC meetings, MEP subcontractor coordination meeting and discussing the construction and quality issues at site.
10. Updating the construction manager daily basis regarding construction activities at site.
11. Preparing the internal punch list / snag list and receiving the snag list form KOC.
12. Preparing As-built drawings and manuals for the project maintenance activities.
13. Clearing the KOC punch list and getting contractor and KOC approval.
14. Continuity testing, loop checking, pre commissioning, functional testing and Commissioning
15. Site hand over to the contractor for Operation and Maintenance for 5 years.
