Job
• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
• Marking of routes of services like cable tray, raceways on ceiling and floor. Marking of conduits.
• Planning of daily progress work. Quantity take off follow purchase department or self-arrangement of material.
• Coordination with client Engineer, regularly.
• Maintaining measurement book, making bills.
• Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
• Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non-conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events. Coordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.

• Project Planning according to Scope of Work, Scheduling, Implementation, Execution, Supervision, Monitoring & Control.
• Planning for Material, Men Power, Equipment s, Tools, Machinery, Mobilization, Start-Up.
•Resources of men power & material.
• Support & Coordination with Field Staff & Subcontractors to resolve issues/queries on site
• Close Site Supervision for Progress, Quality & Safety.
• Inspection, Testing & Commissioning Plan
• Weekly internal meeting to review the targeted achievement including site issues.
• Coordination with Architect, Planning, Design, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Procurement.
•Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Report.
• Preparation & Submittal of As Built Drawings.
• Attending the regular Progress Meetings & Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
• Design Coordination.
• Housekeeping plan to improve & develop the productivity, safe man hour, quality & material
•Completion & Handover (either partial or full) in accordance to Client requirement, safety during the construction.
•Day to Day work plan to execute the work-installation, testing & commission.

Project : Millenium Tower ( 2B + G + 12 Floor ) Residential Tower, having swimming + Spa + Gym + shopping area at Ground floor. Position : SR. ENGINEER (MEP) Job
• Attending to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
• Report any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.
• Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.

• Check and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.

• Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawings, technical specifications etc; ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality of materials & workmanship
• Checking, recording and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor.
• Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with
• Study and verify extent of works done and provide a report to the Engineer
• Informing Engineer of any problem which may arise with the Contractor
• Review, comment and make recommendations on the working methodology, working drawings, equipment submittals, and other construction-related work.
• Advise the Engineer about problems, issues and discrepancies that may be a reason for technical or contractual problems (such as poor construction quality, delayed completion, inconvenience with others, etc) and take necessary actions (or recommend actions to be taken) to rectify such discrepancies.

• Implement and maintain with the Contractor a system for inspection and approval of work before it is done.

• Prepare and submit to the Engineer snagging list for remaining and remedial works at Taking Over, for completion during the Defect Notification Period.
