Manage and Lead ICT Department; consists of:
- ICT Telecommunication Infrastructure, we build and manage internal resource infrastructure connecting 4 major fields within 250Km south to north area in East Kalimantan Indonesia
- ICT Network Infrastructure, ensure all users are able to connect with network and able to communicate thru data, voice and video
- ICT Operations, managing team to support overall IT Operations towards services to end users (+/- 1500 active users)
- ICT Business Application, manage and maintain 90+ application to support critical business process, from procurement to payment, from asset management to asset maintenance, from recruitment to retire employees, etc.

Leading 90+ staff from various background, to ensure all are working as a solid team work towards the same goal to deliver IT services at the maximum level to support organization.

• Responsible and ensure the overall process of goods/services procurement thru tender, direct selection, direct award and any other procurement methods is comply with BPMIGAS and other Government regulations
• Coordinate and working with VP SCM regarding the procurement process and compliance issues especially for all critical items require to support operations
• Report to President and CEO and/or to other specific Contract Authority for any critical items procurement process issues
• Advise end user and SCM regarding procurement process and compliance issues

Responsible for managing and ensure all the IT infrastructure (Data Center, Network, Communication, Desktop Support) within Field Operation are available and ready to support all IT functions

Ensure that corporate business application and system is applied to its full potential, meets business objectives and is used in a way that is consistent with approved strategy.
Manage and lead application support and development, application enhancement, new application adoption and implementation; that includes: business planning and requirement, budget, design, acquisition, implementation and support.
Manage and provide advice and assist in adopting information technology solution to business functions.
Ensure the IT delivery services to business functions by coordinating with internal IT resources and third party service providers.
Manage and lead Information Technology project delivered to users.
Establish IT Strategy to be in line with business objective.
IT Infrastructure planning to support implementation of a new IT solution.
Manage and lead a group of 12 IT professional consisting of System Analyst, Programmer, DBA, Designer and Technical Writer

Managing Business User IT requirements
Ensure all the IT business process are in-line with business needs

• Accessing business needs and the system functionality to determine the optimal solutions for clients’ business issues by implementing package solutions based on Oracle applications
• Project Management for Oracle Applications implementation, management of projects, supporting in project reviews, coordination and management of customer meetings
• Actively involved in fact-finding, module configuration, prototyping, testing, roll out and post implementation support
• Manage and lead consultant’s team

• Supervise and manage daily MIS Department activities
• Plan, manage and lead internal projects (upgrades, installation, implementations, etc.) on an ongoing basis to meet user requirements and adhere to professional/information systems standards
• Advise and guide management/staff on computer application issues to resolve complex technical matters and documents outcomes for future reference
• Communicate regularly with IT vendors/service providers to maintain knowledge of the latest application offerings, schedule software/hardware upgrades/maintain, organize site visits, obtain expert advice and resolve technical issues
• Ensure that corporate software application is applied to its full potential, meets business objectives and is used in a way that is consistent with approved strategy
• Application support for internal Oracle Application users
• Database administration of the Oracle and general Oracle Applications (ERP platform) support/administration: database monitoring, performance tuning, archiving, backup and recovery, and upgrades
• System administration of the Unix Server: system performance, capacity planning, performance tuning, scheduling, disaster recovery

• Database administration of the corporate database and application software for finance and accounting
• Application development and modifications of the existing application to meet business requirements
• Develop and solicit management and operational reporting requirements
