▪Prepare and review accurate and consistent information for all shareholder/partner reviews.

▪Ensuring compliance with VAT data collection, review, consolidation, preparation, and payment of quarterly VAT liability. Tax Management
▪Maintain a good relationship with the banks.
▪Negotiate terms for banking facilities.

▪Oversee activities and processes to ensure the financial effectiveness of expenditure decisions.
▪Help develop/update procedures to support company policies and strengthen internal controls.
▪Providing solutions and resolutions to processes and issues related to all divisions.
▪Controlled and optimized the end-to-end supply chain system, overseeing procurement, sourcing, inventory management. Internal Control System

▪Lead and coordinate the internal auditing of accounts and the relationship with external auditors to ensure required professional standards are maintained and statutory requirements are met.
