1. To develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. To provide guidelines to the corporate sales force in the UAE region by developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge development.

10. Ensure accurate reporting and accounting of all clients through proper use of daily recaps and ongoing reporting.
11. To travel extensively throughout the UAE region on a regular basis on a planned and organized sales meeting.
12. Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
13. Take escalated customer calls from representatives and provide backup to the Sales Manager.
14. To act as Sales Manager-on-duty when Sales Manager is not available in the office premises.
