Project Management backgrounds includes coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems, and work-flows with moderate to high risk and complexity. Liaise between functional and project teams for the operational and project mutual benefit. Ensure compliance Quality and environmental procedures and plans.

Performance, Knowledge, Training, and Development background includes responsible for performing complex and diverse activities related to improving organizational performance management initiatives, systems, training, and practices. Identifying weaknesses, gaps, and/or areas for improvement in existing management systems; and presenting needs analyses and recommendations to the management

QMS lead Auditor background includes responsibility for the development and maintenance of the Company Quality Management System. Perform an audit plan and conduct audits. The quality guidance to the organization and support the QA process from pre-qualification and tender requests to project and operational Quality plans. Supports the project management teams, engineering departments, and the Company sales department. Actively promotes Quality culture.

Responsibilities:
Focal point for tendering communications, coordinating all clarifications, submissions,
negotiations and/or debriefings with the Client and tendering team.
Review contract and commercial terms and assess risks, prepare and submit accurate cost
estimation and competitive techno-commercial offers.
Take forward and develop Project Management Plan (Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR,
Communication, Stakeholder, Procurement, Risk, Environmental, and Health & Safety) Monitor
and control projects using Project Management tools & technique like EVM, resource planning
and scheduling. Identifying changes and support contract variations/claims.
Own and develop customer relationship management and manage customer satisfaction for the region in collaboration with the Group Business Development Manager and in line with the
Communications and Marketing Plan
To implement and manage continuous improvement into the mobilization process to deliver the best practices at all time

Facilitating the proposal development process from start to finish.
Producing the tendering plan and establishing the tendering team
Working closely to estimate project costs and track completion of written assignment
Organizing bid distribution logistics, including the management approval process.

Responsibilities:

Assisting Project Manager in leading the Project team and coordinating the project
Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members
Determining resources required, vetting vendors, and assigning tasks
Preparing status reports and presenting to higher management
Implementing the action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines
Developing periodic project progress presentations
