a. Review of Material Technical Submittals/MR as per project specifications and
applicable ARAMCO standards.
b. Review of Un Priced Purchase Orders and assigning the Inspection Level for all the
inspectable materials.
c. Preparation and submission of Inspection Assignment Dossier/Packages to SAPMT
Quality for inspectable materials.
d. Attending Weekly Procurement Meeting to discuss all the quality related issues.
e. Preparation and Submission of Two Week Look Ahead Plans for all the inspectable
materials.
f. Coordinating with third party agencies and vendors/manufacturers in order to arrange
inspections at manufacturer’s facilities.
g. Notification of Inspections to SAPMT, TPI and Manufacturers as per provided schedule.
h. Collecting Inspection Reports and Inspection Release Certificates from third party
inspectors and submitting all documents to SAPMT Quality.
i. Preparation and Submission of Fabrication Status Report for all the inspectable materials.
j. Submission of Inspection Disposition Reports to SAPMT Quality.
k. Issuance of Internal NCRs if any material delivered is violating the approved Project
Quality Plan and Project Procurement Plan.
l. Participating in 3rd party 15% and 60% Procurement Audits with QA Manager and
Procurement Manager.
m. Checking the records and materials at Site Laydown Area to make sure that all materials
are coming from approved sources.
