Rizwan is embedded within Programme Advisory and is typically supports clients to develop strategies and set up strategic PMO's to deliver quality outcomes for clients.

At present, he works within the Project Controls function on the Ghadan 21 programme in Abu Dhabi.

* Performed an interfacing government to government role to ensure British architects, design
houses, engineering firms, and professional services were strategically aligned to secure prospects
on major programmes being delivered in the UAE.
* Facilitated negotiations on behalf of British enterprises (SMEs) and secured several contracts.
* Conducted detailed market research for UK companies to support expansion of their operations in
the Middle East.
* Complex and strategic stakeholder management to secure bilateral trade between UK and UAE.

Project Coordinator في Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman

Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman is responsible for investigating complaints made against
the NHS or UK Government organisation. The Ombudsman’s office was losing significant amounts of time
and revenue by using an external facility for storing and retrieving customer’s paper records. A team was
created to review this process and embed an electronic record management system to achieve future
efficiencies.
* Conducted financial reviews to understand the quantum of actual costs and estimate potential
efficiencies if an electronic solution was implemented.
* Engaged the technical team to develop a new process which phased out retrieval of paper records
and introduced the new electronic retrieval/depository process.

This property was under refurbishment and there had been significant delays in completing the remaining
project. A new graduate, I was eager to begin work and secured this role through my personal network.

* Employed specialists to create a marketing strategy.
