• New / Renewal of Visas (Bank Guarantee Submission, Document Preparation, Contract, Medical, etc)
• Coordinate with the travel agent for employees air ticket (New employee & Bi-Annual leave ticket)
• Health Insurance / Workmen Compensation (New, Claims, Follow-ups, etc)
• Administration of Accommodation arrangements for new employees (Bed, Mattress, Storage Locker, etc)
• Registering for Finger Printing for all employees for the purposes of attendance and overtime.
• Coordination with the vendor for ID Card Preparation
• Updating the HR manager for the requirement for Uniforms / Safety Shoes for the new employees and replacement for current employees.
• Processing the Cancellations (F&F Settlement, Document Preparation, Airport Exit Stamp Process, etc)
• Maintaining the Attendance / Overtime (day to day basis)
• Making & recording of Employee Leave details (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, LOP, etc)
• Filling in the forms for Advance, Loan & Deductions
• Day to day admin activities (First Aid, Salary Advance, Passport requisitions, etc)
• Personal file (Prepare, Update & Maintain)
