* Take the ownership and gone through the entire business cycle with the Business Process Owners or HODs;
* define the set of business rules or policies of SAP System, discuss about their expectations;
* Prepare & analyze the existing/legacy business processes to identify issues, requirements, go through with each reporting structure, then translate the business process cycle into the ASIS documents;
* Presentation the ASIS documents to the BPOs and set the policies, requirements, highlight the pain areas based on SAP Application System
* Briefing the Business Process Cycle to the SAP Consultants at their site being as a BPO;
* Configured the process in SAP system with the consultants, based on ASIS documents;
* Test the business process successfully based on ASIS documents;
* Prepare all the possible GL List based on the new system with the consultant;
* Prepare Documents with the consultants - Business Blue Print, End User Documents, Business Scenarios Documents, User Authorization Matrix;
* The Business Process presented to the BPOs in SAP system;
* Give a proper user training in SAP based on their processes, UAT with different scenarios;
* Define and set a time line for the Cutover period;
Common Activities During Entire Project:
* Audit all modules’ BBP documents, make sure all the issues mapped proper as per the AS IS document;
* Audit all the phases, especially, Realization Phase, make sure all the issues mapped proper in the system as per the TO BE document;
* Quality testing of Unit & Integration test and verified with the BPOs;
* Quality check for Master Data of each module;
* Quality check for training with the proper end user documentation;
* Prepare & issuance of weekly status report as per communication plan;
* Prepare & issuance of Project Status report as per communication plan;
* Conducting Project Status review meetings with the consultants;
* Dealing with Project Issues resolution with BPOs & the consultants
* Conducting interviews and hiring consultants for the project;
