• ZONG EBS is implemented with a sophisticated architecture include EBS R12.2.4 (Multi node), Database 12.1.0 (Multi node).
• isupplier DMZ (Multi node) on EXADATA server with Linux OS and also BI and Hyperion Application integrated with it.
• Responsible for the Administration, Configuration, Patching, Monitoring and maintenance of the environment including backup and restoration plans using Oracle Net Backup Appliance.
• ADOP patching activity.
• RAC to Non-RAC cloning with RMAN backup with EBS.
• Upgrade AD and TXK level from 7 to 10.
Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system.
•Work with the team to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high availability and optimum performance.
•To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
•Responsible for problem escalation to Oracle Development team and third parties as appropriate.
•Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system
