I graduated from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore in Chemical engineering. I have been working with SCL Pepsi Cola Multan for last two years. I dutifully maintained the highest possible standard of safety during day to day operations by identifying hazards and taking measure for their mitigation. I recommended and installed control equipment wherever necessary in order to take a proactive stance against possible mishaps. During my tenure at SCL Pepsi Cola Multan, I also have been working as an Incharge Rinsed Aid System
My responsibilities are
• Collection & Preparation of Hazard Observation and sending reports to the concerned
• Maintained and implemented a whole new system according to the standards
• Prepared SOP of each implemented rule according to the OSHA law and regulations.
• Work Permit Audits
• Housekeeping Audits
• Safety monitoring during normal operation & turnaround
• Monitoring of confined space jobs
• Confined space Rescue operation & perform the duty of stand by man
• Monitoring (Audit / Inspection) of plant firefighting systems
• Arranged an emergency response team member
• Conducting trainings of each and every employee on different safety hazards
• Making sure the use of PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Ensure that Rinse Aid System is functional on all glass lines and to record /document all activities as per PCI guidelines
• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance of Rinse Aid System
• Maintain minimum inventory of Rinse Aid chemicals and Accessories
• Monitor and control the consumption of Rinse Aid chemicals
• Monitor and control key parameters of all washers. For example Caustic Strength, Tank Temperature, Jet Pressure & alignment, Caustic Carryover, Methylene Blue Test & TSP (Tri Sodium Phosphate) addition.
• Execute caustic and water tanks drainage as per defined frequency
