Better Life is a distributer and retail chain of some well-known home appliances brands like Siemens, Electrolux, Smeg, Fisher & Paykel, Terim etc. and one of the group companies of Easa Salaeh Algurg Group. I am serving for this company since April 2010.
Responsibilities:
o To monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, with the help of other team members.
o Networking and relationship management for increased business.
o Co-ordination with other company's entities like Brand Managers, Warehouse, Delivery and Service center, to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction.
o Shift scheduling and annual leave planning for the team members.
o Co-ordination with mall management regarding promotions, advertising and maintenance.
o Maintaining adequate amount of Stocks / materials for the showroom.

Research Thesis 2009 ("Importance of Outsourcing with the increasing needs of the customers.") As a part of my MBA degree requirements, I opted for "outsourcing" as a topic of research and studied some local and international outsourcing trends and their relation with growing customer requirements. It was a group activity which was done in a period of six to seven months under the supervision of a qualified research instructor, which was later presented to the university's research panel and was approved.
