Remotely Reporting to Manager, Director Finance and CFO concerned entities:
Clienteles’ Industry: Tech Services - Mobility and Dental Equipment
Responsibilities:
- Providing full fledge accounting services through QBO including GL creation in CoA and controlling MaaS & SaaS
- Re-structuring of FS i.e. BS and PnL and its presentation.
- Preparing invoices as per agreement & managing AR and also preparing vendors bills in QBO and managing AP
- Managing bank accounts and responsible for monthly closings
- Research work for relevant Sales/Use Tax implication of various states such as TX, WV, MO, OH, NY, GA, IL, PA, AR, KY, TN, IN, MN, VA etc from registration to monthly return filing, refunds claims and correspondence with DoR.
- Filing of Franchise Tax and Annual Reports
- Review of IRS and relevant states Annual Income Tax Returns filed
Reporting to Director Internal Audit and Provincial Finance Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessment, preparing risk based IA plan, managing IAU staff in the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring
- Preparing audit engagement plan, audit programs, and supervising the identification, development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations for improvements
- Discuss audit findings with the management in the audit close-out session and obtain their feedback and time bound action plan in writing and preparing minutes of close out meeting
- Preparing IARs which clearly communicate findings, analysis, appraisals, recommendations and information concerning the activities audited and performing related work as assigned.
- Ensuring implementation of actions plan agreed by management through follow-up audits
- Provide advisory to the management for better decision making

Responsibilities:
- Provides full accounting services, including strategizing and implementation of new system and proposed improvements, BPRs to optimize and align the business processes accordingly.
- Made the CO Module operational of SAP ECC 6.0 including Controlling of Cost Centers, Internal Orders and COPA reporting.
- Review and reporting of Federal and Provincial taxation matters including but not limited to Audits, Show-causes, Orders, Appeals and Monitoring and Levys’ along-with tax planning.
- Prepare Clientele financial models align with their business models and played role in DDs on behalf of Clients
- Develop, direct and manage the implementation of policies, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas of the function

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and checking compliance of SOPs along-with Sensitivity analysis and feasibility reports of projects
- Preparing project CAPEX and OPEX budget in line with the available resources and develop MIS and ensure its implementation
- Process optimizations and implementation for revenue acceleration and cost saving measures
- Review of contracts & agreements and make recommendations in the negotiation process to the senior management
- Works as a Liaison between finance, internal auditor, operations and business development to achieve the desired results.
- Works closely with the Head of Operations to remedy any deficiencies
