- Assist the Human Resource, Recruitment Department. Maintain positive communication with all the staff with knowledge of company benefits and other areas the Human Resource Department supports. Play a vital role as one of the key players in the company’s Human Resources, Recruitment Team.
- Source potential candidates. Administer and conduct initial screening of applicants through phone screen and ensure that they meet minimum qualifications for the positioned applied for.
- Conduct Initial interviews and Behavioral Assessments
- Handle Human Resource Outsourcing and Solution - Benefits and Payroll Department
- Coordinate with different clients onshore/offshore to process documents and
benefits
- Handle AT&T Uverse (Account)
- Resolve clients technical issues regarding their AT&T products and services - Telephone, TV, Internet Connection
