My role is to deal with a number of Real Estate agencies throughout the UAE, offering excellent customer service and handling of their account. I am accountable for renewals as well as retaining the portfolio also.
Responsible for arranging meetings to recruit companies onto the MPACT network, offering out sourcing accountancy solutions, financial analysis and auditing. Account management to retain current clients using the network and working together to maximise efficiency for them. Attending networking events such as BNI to proactively generate leads to follow up and convert in sales. Building team up from scratch and employing further business development executives

Responsible for establishing relationships and understanding client needs for leasing and buying properties. Dealing with maintenance issues by corresponding with all parties involved, tenant, landlords and tradesmen. Managing investors’ property assets here in Dubai, striving to increase their yields and maintain a high level of management services. Day to day management of client portfolios, maintaining contact and paying attention to client’s details, giving them regular updates. Retaining clients through the development of strong relationships, qualify clients and convert warm leads to sales through strong negotiation skills.
Dealing with a portfolio of property management companies with over 400 properties throughout the UK arranging for scheduled works to be carried out by conversing with both tenants and tradesmen. Approaching and presenting to insurance companies to generate a larger portfolio of clients to service the needs of the contractors. Assigning tradesmen on jobs ranging from the installation of electrical systems, gas servicing, pest control etc. To the construction of buildings after insurance loss. Making sure all contracted trades acquire relevant level of training and education for carrying out works with certificates to prove this.
Property & Tenant Coordinator
Working as part of and managing a team to deal with home emergency insurance claims, making sure that I maintained deadlines and provided high levels of customer service, all within the agreed service level agreement standards. Researched and resolved non-routine residential issues, coordinated with contracted services, communicated with residents, prepared financial budgets for individual properties, recommended final vendors & created reports using Excel spreadsheets.
I was responsible for promoting the newspaper advertising to the motor trade across Derbyshire. I formed good working relationships with clients to create advertising revenue and provide creative solutions for them. This involved working to tight deadlines and achieving targets working autonomously and proactively.
