Serve as a senior project manager for consultancy by Parsons Saudi Arabia on prestigious Diriyah gate development in Riyadh. Manage day-to-day activities of ICT and Data Centers project. Spearhead and manage design, construction, and integration of complete ICT network, security network, central and satellite command and control centers, data center, public realm, master systems integrator (MSI), and smart cities user cases scope of works. Collaborate daily with client DGCL and generate weekly reports from design consultants for various packages. Co-ordinate and engage with key design consultants, including WSP, Aecom, Ellisdon, Arcadis, Buro Happold, JLL, EGIS, and Dorsch on regular basis. Guide multiple projects from concept to completion, including overseeing preparation of initial asset briefs, tender plans, PIR, BOQs, and scoping documents before sending RFPs to subcontractors.
•Supervised construction of accommodation buildings for 1400 people, client, consultant, and contractor offices, as well as communal buildings like restaurants, kitchens, markets, gyms, clinics, storerooms, IT, and security rooms, and recreation areas with swimming pools for adults and children.
•Orchestrated road diversion through Wadi to support new projects and administered all soft and hard landscaping within these projects, including 1200-car parking lot.
•Managed development of 500-pupil school and 250-pupil nursery with communal external play areas.
•Led renovation of nine existing apartment buildings, each with 12 two-bedroom apartments.
•Oversaw seven projects with combined total value of approximately 1.7Bn SAR.

•Led and delivered MEP fit-out package for phases 1 and 2 of £3B Chelsea Barracks project, whilst managing construction of 66 high-end residential apartments, 13 townhouses, spa, swimming pool and two basement car parks.
